Collaborative Law and Legal Resolution Services

Collaborative Law began in USA with one basic rule:      All parties sign a contract saying you will not litigate in Court – if the process breaks down and you decide to take the matter to court, all parties must obtain new lawyers.   This is an option that works for some but it is not necessarily a cost saving option.

Parties who are relatively amicable and focussed on settling their matters meet together with their lawyers in 4-way meetings where they discuss, negotiate and settle their matter.

Barbara is a qualified Collaborative Lawyer.   However many other lawyers and those trained in the collaborative method are using settlement conferences to progress a matter to conclusion without the need for lengthy expensive litgation.

LEGAL RESOLUTION SERVICES

www.LegalRS.com - will take you to our innovative ADR option that means that you and the person with whom you are in dispute can obtain expert legal information at the beginning of your dispute prior to leaping into expensive litigation or progessing to a settlement with your own lawyer.

This option is suitable for many areas of law – Probate disputes, Commercial Law disputes, Family and Domestic Law disputes.
